Choosing is comparing
Most people do not evaluate one property; they weigh two or three against each other. Judged in separate visits from memory, the comparison blurs — the plot seen on a sunny morning wins over the one seen at dusk. This tool removes that unfairness by asking the same questions of every candidate: facing, shape, tilt, slope, road strikes, the state of the centre, the placement of the heavy and the light.
Side by side, in the tradition's terms
For each property you enter the same structured facts, and the tool presents the readings in one table: where each candidate stands on each check, in the vocabulary of the classical Vastu tradition. It does not crown a winner — properties also differ in price, location and law, which are outside this page — but it makes the Vastu dimension of the choice plain, so it can take its proper place among your other considerations.
How to use this tool
Work through one property at a time, ideally after running it through the Plot buying checker. Enter each candidate's facts, add the next, and read the table. Where one line differs sharply between candidates, follow it into the dedicated tool — the gates, the shape, the tilt — to understand the difference before you weigh it.
FAQ
Q. How many properties can I compare? Compare the serious candidates — the table reads best with two to four.
Q. Does a property with more green marks win? Checks differ in weight; read the serious items first rather than counting marks.
Q. Can I compare flats as well as plots? Yes — enter the flat's own outline, facing and interior facts; the same checks apply.
This page explains the traditional principle; it names no specific text.
